When human and dog are of same level...

There is this incident that happened inside the camp last Saturday. If you all remembered, it was raining cats and dogs when the sky decided to open up and pours early in the morning. Most of my friends, including me were caught in the heavy rain on our way to camp. We heard that a dog has been caught inside the cages/trap we set up to catch those strays dog. As any kind soul would have done, my friend from another platoon went to fetch the groundsheet and covered it over the cage so that the stray dog has at least some form of shelter to protect itself from the rain.

The rain got lighter and dropped to a drizzle. My platoon decided to shift the cage from the open area to the back of the guardhouse so that we can get easy access to the dog. Apparently, we have to feed the dog as well as care for it because the cage will only be brought away on Monday. At first sight, it was an fcuking pathetic black dog which I have never seen around the base before. Therefore it’s no wonder that it is the only dog that is so bloody fcuking stupid to be trap inside the cage because of an apple. While we are moving the cage, the “resident” dog starred at us from afar. I looked at him, he looked at us, we observed each other for a few moments before we (We the human, not the dog) get on with our business.

The black dog was in shock I suppose. It was peeing all over the cage. We stuffed the green thick thick, woody woody army towel, some water and food for the dog. It curled out into the corner of the cage and looks listless with flies flying around his body. I suspected the dog is sick and infected. But there is only so much we can do for the dog and I left it at there while I went and play PS 2.

I went and take a look at the dog again around 1pm. The cage stinks like hell because of all the pee and waste. I buay tahan the smell, I buay tahan the fcuking pathetic dog, I buay tahan the lunch provided, I went to take a pail of water and rinsed the cage to get rid of the pee. I think this is the least I can do for the dog before it will be send to the SPCA on Monday to die.

By the next morning, the fcuking pathetic black dog was gone. It just disappeared from the cage. Wat the fcuk..either the dog is smart enough to bang its body against the cage to escape or someone else has set it free. Perhaps the dog was just not meant to die, perhaps the dog still have unfinished business to attend to before it die, we don’t know and whatever the case we don’t care because our priority is to protect the base; not to trap dogs, move it here and there and take care of it.

The aftermath was super duper powerful. The top management were not pleased the dog escaped/set free. They berated us for not watching over the dog properly. Guard com got scolded, questions were asked, and suspicious eyes were cast; all because of the fcuking pathetic black dog! Do you really expect us to stand guard beside the cage 24/7 till Monday so that to ensure the dog remain inside the cage?

Sometimes, I think we human are more pathetic than that black pathetic dog. So there… Black pathetic doggie; where ever you are, whatever name you are call…you better don’t get your ass back inside our camp because we can’t even protect our own ass, much less yours. Understand? You think you come inside let us move you around; you think you come inside let me clean your cage very fun issit? Next time you shall not be so lucky because not everyday is Sunday OK!
