With the impending departure of Tokie, I have been thrust forward to be the Guard commander for my platoon starting from this weekend. I hate it in a way because it mean more responsiblity, bigger boots to fill as well as more scolding to receive from my CSM.
Luckily, I have identified a team of good and willing to learn personels to help me in my job and hopefully they will learn enough for me to pass on the responsiblity to them come May/June when it's my turn to clear leave. Yup, what they need is opportunities to establish themselves.
Strangley, when Tokie left for his weekend break, everything feel more surreal and peaceful. Even though his presence can bring laughter and joy to the platoon regarding non-work issue, similarily his presence can also bring heartbreak and anguish to those around him regarding work issue. In a way, I prefer him not to be around when work is concern. Haha.
Sadly on the day when help is enlisted and the grand plan is set to unveil, the JJC gal is not there.Perhaps it is not meant to be. Hehe.
Perhaps on the day of my last duty, a rose might do a better job instead. Perhaps Perhaps Perhaps....
I think I am having full of weird ideas to know her because life is simply too boring at the present.
