She said I Stupid! She Said I Immature!

It was Yingxiu birthday yesterday and so CCK gang ( Eric, Kaibin and Me) went to send her our best wishes. We were among those who reached there first, right on the dot at 1830. The invitation said the party started at 1830 and we being the good soldiers of the SAF reported right on the dot or else later kena confinement how? We had some small talk with her relative. We ate the buffet which tastes rather nice. But most of the time it was just the 3 of us sitting down talking cock while waiting for Yingxiu to cut the cake so we can take our leave because we had another birthday event to attend. And because we talked a lot of cock, I was thirsty and proceed to make my way along the corridor to take some drink when I saw….One True Love. I was mentally prepared for this because Yingxiu and One True Love was former classmates and so I did my best sleath mode mission and crept quietly back into the house. Pity there was no camouflage cream to apply on my face..otherwise it will have been more realistic. But the area is only so small..like it or not..want or don’t want… confirm + guarantee chop sure got pass by each other. I was being polite. I walk 1 step forward to make an attempt to say “Hi” She walked a step back and SIAM. No No.. We are not dancing to the tune of Cha Cha. Nah Beh Chao Barney I’m not pleased. I take her cue. I act blur also. I pretend not to notice her, I pretend she was invisible. But I’m pleased to know that she is alive and well. Well, I’m not that evil actually. I didn’t curse her or stick Voodoo pin on her just because she scolded me Immature.

The brudders of Class 24 went to watch midnight show “Kingdom of Heaven” at Jurong Point. The movie was average. Perhaps I was tired because I did a 24 hrs duty shift on Friday. I did not enjoy the show as much as I want to do so. But somehow I felt uneasy. I. felt something is just not right at all regarding the little incident at Yingxiu house. I just have to give her a piece of my mind. I did the Unforgivable. I SMS One True Love to say she has no manner. After so many months of effort, the solemn promise was broken just like that. Perhaps she wants to act blur again. Perhaps she is sleeping. Perhaps for unknown reason, she did not reply. But again knowing her character for 3 years to be exact, I bet my every last dollar she confirm + guarantee chop will come fast and furious over my remarks.

What came next was superb. She did reply with a lot of bombastic word. Nah Beh Chao Barney, she kept using the word “Immature” to trigger my strong reaction but never mind it's okay.. got used to it already.I kept my calm. But she purposely/ not purposely adds the word “Stupid” inside. KNN Charlie Charlie Brown.This one must complain. Unfair Move + Personal Attack. Double Combo. I threw all caution to the wind. We traded punches. (Of course not real fist..only unpleasant word) back and forth for 1 hour + +. No one wants to give in. Everyone wants to gain the upper hand over the other. And even though I was very sleepy and tired, I preserved because I remembered my SISPEC ah Sir said: “Not to worry not to worry a soldier can survive without sleep for 72 hours.” It’s a matter of pride and standing up for what you believed in.

But if we look from another point of perspective, she was pissed/unhappy/annoyed that I broke my promise not to contact her again. I was pissed/unhappy/annoyed about her fcuk up attitude. I don’t know who is right who is wrong. That’s beside the point and frankly speaking I don’t care who won the argument. <No prize and $$ mah > But I’m not pleased with myself triggered such strong reaction from One-True-Love because maybe or perhaps I might already lost a friend and I just don’t like it at all.
