Why Are You Here?

Happy 18th Birthday To You !

Today is my sister’s birthday. Her boyfriend provided us with Angie cake some more. However I don’t really took a likening to the durian flavor. The first thought that came straight into my mind was; how did he manage to fish out the money to buy so many expensive items when he is still schooling and not working?

Conclusion: Money can’t buy you love but it can certainly buy a little happiness and of course a certain degree of excitement and comfort.

Anyway, Brother hoped you had enjoyed your birthday celebration. May you be more discipline and get your priorities right in Life. (Brother still owe you a birthday gift. Someday when we are free we go and buy shall we? Provided someday I’m free too HaHa)

I had lunch today at West Mall with Siew Ying and Meiyuan. Meiyuan had just come back from Australia for a short homecoming/break before she resumed her studies again. Meiyuan didn’t really change much. Still the same outgoing bubbly lady with spiked hair that often seems to rise to new height! She read my blog so I’m not sure what her reaction is going to be...Haha. Nevertheless, I considered myself pretty fortunate to have the opportunity to dine with 2 pretty ladies. We had lunch at a Chinese cuisine restaurant where we had La mian, Xiao Long Bao and Shrimp Dumpling. We chatted about everything under the sun and I’m glad that I managed to follow up with their conversation even though I’m currently serving NS. (Who say serve NS brain dead everything don’t know?) Anyway, I’m glad to know that both my fellow friends are getting on well and working towards their goal.

Tomorrow duty is going to be a very bad day not because I can sense it but because everyone knows it. (Some things just can’t be disclosed). However if you look at another point of view, we’ve been through worse training so hmm..how shall we put it…we certainly can take it provided things don’t go overboard. Whatever is going to happen, I will certainly survive to make my way home on Friday to have a good rest on my precious bed!

Ps: I like ladies with short hair. (No No… it’s not because Meiyuan and Siew Ying sport short hair.They are attached btw) It’s just that there are so many “People” to observe while on duty and of course as a normal human being, sometimes I do take a likening to one or two. KeKe
