Friendster Users Worst Nightmare Has Just Begun

“I don’t know how many of you use Friendster to peep into the lives of your boyfriend’s ex girlfriends, your ex boyfriends, your girlfriend’s ex boyfriends, but I’d just like to inform you that they have a new feature now. You can actually see who has looked at your profile.

My sister found that out only after she looked through her stupid ex boyfriend’s profile. So now he knows she goes through his Friendster. Ho ho ho.

Be careful ah. Don’t say I never warn you.”

There is actually 2 side of a coin for the new feature. On hindsight, it give people opportunity to know who has been secretly admiring you for long. Others may cursed and swear because they found themselves in an awkward situation. eg: the above mentioned situation you might found yourself stuck into.

But if you are going to stop what you are doing because you are afraid of being discover by the other party, then it kind of ironic and defeated the whole purpose because the new features/technology is suppose to make Friendster an even better program.

And therefore I’m just going to continue my occasional habit of visiting the profiles of my friends and view their updated pictures, regardless of whether they are 1) once my good friends but not anymore 2) still my good friends and will always be 3) yet to be made friends because it is really a great solution to keep update on one another due to the limited opportunity to hang out with them.

Life is too short to wait for that golden opportunity or bear too much grudges against your true friends.
