As you see, I haven't been blogging much lately because there isn't much activity to talk about either.

I went to NTU for my medical checkup on Wednesday as well as sneak a peek at my further environment. Sad to say, good to know, School Of Engineering is actually located deep inside the campus and judging by the look of the canteen, I am honestly quite disappointed about it. However,I think I must have dressed like a student that day because a taxi driver actually stopped me at my track to ask me for direction. Such joy for being mistaken for the first time thou.

I still remember there was a time in early 2005 when I am the ammo escort and our ammo vehicle will often pass by the PIE expressway right beside the NTU big big garden Very often, I will look out longingly at the building, sighed heavily and wondered aloud when can I actually join the institution.

However, as the day got nearer and nearer, I wondered to myself whether I can find the motivation to study/strive as hard as I did during my poly days. In a way I'm a afraid because being in a military environment for 2 years, returning back to civilian world is actually no easy task.

Perhaps this is what everyone supposely should feel like when they are treading into unknown water.

This's very sad. All my die-hard buddies are clearing their annual leave, leaving me alone in camp to manage my platoon with my new PC.A sense of emptiness starts to surfaced when you saw those who went thru thick and thin together with you is not around anymore. The atmosphere is not the same as it used to be. Haha,perhaps this is what Faye Wong mean when she sang " 相聚离开 都有时候 没有什么会永垂不朽 ". Indeed, a word of wisdom.

Before I forgot, today is Siew Ying Birthday. Happy 22nd birthday to You. Tomorrow we'll be celebrating your birthday with you once again. Looking thru your Friendster pictures remind me of how far we have come together, as well as a big headache because I don't know what present we should get for your birthday.Haha.
