It coincide with the first day of the 7th lunar month btw..haha
not exactly it mean anything, just a coincidence.
then what follows was series of happy events, at least the events seems to be happy to me but perhaps humane to some.
I got my desired STS elective:Forsenic Science
Following on, with school starting soon, together with my birthday and the start of the 7th month, I went to Bugis to pray for good luck and a smooth sailing acad year ahead.
Popped over to eat the cheap cheap $1 ice cream. I think it's compulsory for everyone who went to that area to eat the ice cream, especially with such hot sweltering weather nowadays.
Went over to Vivo to buy 2 Lonsdale shirt for $40. I love Lonsdale shirt. It's affordable and the design is quite nice too.
Went over to G2000 for its annual sale. It's currently having a 70% sale. So for those who are eyeing some formal wear or blazers, you can hop over to take a look. I eyed on a pink long sleeved shirt. I think I might be going back again to try that on.
Tried on a blazer. It's currently on sale for $99. However something just doesn't seem right even though it fit. It looked dull and not elegant enough, just like other normal looking blazer. I don't think it will give me joy even if I wore it. No Feeling Ar!
Walked past Zara and popped in to take a look. Saw some blazers on sale. The normal blazer from Zara starts at $259 and to my surprise the blazers on sale cost $90. I looked through the rake to find my size. The first few attempt were in vain because they were all size 50 and above. To my utter amazement after searching the whole rake, there was 1 size 46 available for me. This is my lucky day! After eyeing a Zara blazer for so long, I finally got 1 of my birthday.
Went back home after shopping to play bball with my friends. Nice game, good match followed by belated birthday supper at Newton Hawker.As it was my birthday, my friend graciously let me drive his mazda 3 to Newton. Such a pity I did not rev his car because I'm not familiar with the setting.
Came back around 330am +..only to discover I missed the early bird registration for the stand chart 42km on 31 July. Now I'm likely to pay $65 instead of $45.50. Dammit.
So if any of you signed on a stand chart credit card which is entitled to 15% discount if I'm not wrong, please informed me so I can sign up for the run and pay you the money in cash.

To DICT Class 24, to build on the success of the gathering last year on 07/07/07 and to commemorate the 7th anniversary of our everlasting friendship ever since we set our eyes on each other on that fateful day during our time in Singapore Poly, we will be having a gathering session on 08/08/08.
Guest of Honour, Grandma Celin will be present so kindly make yourself free on that day. Be there or be square!
