Striving For Gold

Yesterday training session before mounting was tough. Not because we got tekan during the physical training, in fact we didn’t really run much nor did a lot of pumping or pushup. The killer blow was those funny yoga pose that was introduced to us by the NDU trainer. It is supposed to help us stretch those area/muscle which we seldom stretch or ignore and it was certainty no joke. Try lifting both your legs over your body and use your knee cap to touch your head while lying down. I would rather prefer physical training anytime. I guessed in the long run we might really benefit from these training and become more flexible indeed.

But the problem is…I got an ITTP test tomorrow and my knees are weak, arms are heavy after the yoga pose. Like that how you tell me? How to get ITTP gold lei? How to earn that elusive $200 into my bank book?

But jokes aside, the extended numbers of hours doing duty indeed put a strain to our body. Can you imagine experiencing jet-lag symptoms at 10am in the morning while the day has only just begun? The mind became dead, body became numb, reaction seem a little tad slower, shoulder start to ache badly and the long forgotten pain in the knee start to haunt me again.

But Angry also like that. Complain also like that. Despair also like that. Sux it up like a man though. Never ever going to place hope things are gonna get better.

Nevertheless, 1 piece of good news. Weekend for this week confirm + guarantee chop SECURE! We'll be getting our pay too this weekend. Double Happiness huh!

p/s: Anyone know the title of the song sang during the end of the 730pm show on Channel U Pride 冰上悍将 ”?
