Heck Care...
If 2005 is a year of fighting for my own right, fulfilling others expectation, craving a niche among the faceless crowd, a leap of faith to handle greater responsibility, I guessed 2006 for me will be walking a step slower; taking a breather, and assigning responsibility to others more deserving.
And so during my previous post I did actually had the original intention to train a well disciplined and professional batch of new sea soldiers but that was back then in 2005.
Enlightenment came to me during 2006 that I will be just as happy to let others take responsibilities for the well being of current batch of sea soldier attached to us for their on-job-training.
Today, I am very bad to teach some of the newcomers the by left-thing procedures instead of the by-right. Hehe. But I see no reason to change the platoon working style when everything is running quite smoothly just to accommodate them.
It’s kind of surprising how belief can change overnight, don’t they?
