Between the devil and the deep blue sea
Something unfortunate happened this morning.Apparently, after listening a reply to my question, something in me snapped and in a heat of the moment, I typex a email that is not very neutral and impartial to my PC to complain regarding a person attitude towards being punctual.
On a hindsight, I should have consult the rest of the people as they may be able to paint a better picture as a 3rd party viewing at the sideline, but the damages has been done because I have been perceived as stabbing him behind his back even though we are good friend.
But this is my principle. Work is still work, play is still play. If it is another person repeating the same action over and over again, I will not be hesitate to bring the matter up again, but this time in a more compose and organized manner.
I'm sorry if I may have hurt you. Very sorry but if this is what I have to do to make sure it does not spread to the rest of others, I will still have to do it.
Please try to understand if you can.
